By WID you mean Windows Internal Database ? If yes WID is not supported database configuration and MS does not suggests you to use it as full fledged DB. See this Windows Internal Database (WID) is Not Destined as a Regular SQL Server

What is the reason for such migration ?

    Hi @Mateusz Bęben ,

I agree with Shashank. In addition, the WID is designed to only be accessible to Windows Services running on the same machine and is not available as a standalone product for use by end-user applications. Therefore, migrating SQL Server database to WID does not seem appropriate.

    Best Regards,
    Amelia
