My program cannot run under win10 x64 pro

Question

I have written a .net program and I protect it by Turbo Studio. The program can run no problem under windows 7. But when I run it under windows 10, the main form of the program does not appear. I consider the reason is windows defender. Then I take a look at list of block history, I have not found item about my program.

What's the exact error message?

answer: no any message about error.

Try to check if it is caused by any code which cause compatibility or error on Windows 10.

answer: my develop environment is windows 10, and my program can work properly. In my develop environment, I run my program without protection by Turbo Studio, in other windows 10 the program run under protection of Turbo Studio.

Did you develop this .net program with asp.net, winforms, wpf, uwp or others?

answer: my program is .net with winform.

What programming language you use to develop it?

answer: I use c# under VS2019.
