    We will need to have more details. QR code is used to add accounts to the Microsoft Authenticator app. Mind sharing with use more details about the issue?

    To find the QR code or URL for setting up the Microsoft Authenticator app 

    Follow these steps: 

    Sign in to Microsoft 365 using your Username and Password. 

    Click here to see the Additional security verification Page. 

    Select security info. Choose Sign-In Methods.  

    Select the Authenticator App.  

    To set up your Microsoft Authenticator app, click Next >.  

    To set up the Microsoft Authenticator app, click Next to acquire a QR code and URL.  

    Install and open the Microsoft Authenticator Document3 (1)_page-0001.jpg app on your mobile device, then click "+".  

    To connect your work or school accounts.  

    Select your work or school account and then Scan a QR code to obtain your code and the URL of your Microsoft authenticator. Finally, Select Finish.
