I could not deploy my model of gpt-4o mini and I do not see any error messages. Could anyone please help?

Do you have required access role to deploy the models?
In which region you are deploying the model? Are you using Azure AI studio or Azure OpenAI studio?
You need to create or use an existing resource in a supported standard or global standard region where the model is available.
Please see Model summary table and region availability for more details.

I added screenshot and the url link. I should have privilege to deploy models, since other type of model deployment are successful. I am using azure openai studio.
I do not have access to the link shared above. In which region you are trying to deploy the model?

From logs, I saw Xueyun is trying to deploy in australia-east region
