I cannot login Microsoft authenticator and also cannot recieve notification

I cannot login Microsoft authenticator and also cannot receive notification. As a result, I cannot login to my portal to work. Prior to this I was able to login the authenticator and can receive the notification. Now If I use my company mail to login then it is showing user does not exist. Please try to help me. I am working in Teams and outlook. My company mail is working fine.
