I have received the following error message:

Message: AADSTS50020: User account [Mod Removed - PII] from identity provider 'https://sts.windows.net/1ae15312-1062-49e1-989f-2f8a79dd5ca7/' does not exist in tenant 'BT Plc' and cannot access the application 'b79dd298-ea65-4277-af2b-f53227506860'(APP06427_DeveloperPortal_PROD) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.
