Question

We have an app registration with the following api permissions for microsoft.graph:

I can grant admin access for all except the Mail.Send where I get this error:

Could not grant admin consent. Your organization does not have a subscription (or service principal) for the following API(s): Microsoft Graph,Dynamics CRM,Azure Key Vault,Azure DevOps

I'm not sure what to do here

Please ensure that you have the Global Administrator role. Additionally, the Mail.Send application permission is a global permission specific to the Mail API, and you also need to ensure that your tenant has an MS 365 subscription.
