Getting 404 Resource Not Found from Document Intelligence in East US 2

I am creating 2 equivalent Document intelignece deployments, one in East US and one in East US 2. East US works fine, but East US 2 resource give me. Is the resource only available in certain regions? How do I troubleshoot this?

    I successfully deployed the resource in East US 2 without any issues. However, if you are using the public preview version 2024-07-31-preview, please be aware that it is currently available only in specific Azure regions: East US, West US2, West Europe, and North Central US. East US 2 is not included in the supported regions for this version, which may result in errors or unavailability if you attempt to deploy or access the service in unsupported regions. Make sure to select one of the supported regions for successful deployment and usage of this preview version.
