Sudden "The information you’re about to submit is not secure" only on login

When navigating to the website you need to input a username and password and submit it to start a session. No changes have been made to the website at all, however now the message "The information you’re about to submit is not secure" has started popping up only when logging in. No website code was changed.
This issue only arises on Google Chrome and not Microsoft Edge.

To better assist you on this issue, could you please share the following information?
Have you provisioned the website/WebApp on Azure App Service? Are you leveraging App Service Certificate?Typically, a site's certificate allows browser to establish a secure connection with the site.
Certificate errors occur when there's a problem with a certificate or a web server's use of the certificate.I see a similar discussion on Google Community support with a reported bug, kindly take look on the same.
