Azure CLI ssh to linux vm not connecting

I am able to connect with SSH to Linux VM in Azure from my remote workstation, but I am unable to connect with SSH from the Azure CLI to the same Linux VM. The network connectivity test I ran from the Azure VM overview page shows that there is no problems with the SSH connection, but the connection is not working when I use the Azure CLI.

Is the issue resolved now?
Based on the issue description, from remote work station to your Azure Linux VM you are able to SSH (using putty or similar tool). Or from bash shell
ssh azureuser@<publicip>.Can you please elaborate a bit more on your issue unable to connect with SSH from the Azure CLI to the same Linux VM, how are you trying this. Steps you have followed so that we can assist you better.
