Script to export all effective configurations of Alert Rule in SCOM 2012 R2 & SCOM 2019

Hi,

Please let me know if any script available to export all the effective configurations of Alert Rule in SCOM 2012 R2 & SCOM 2019.

Note : Required both sealed and unsealed management pack effective configurations
