connect with RDP on pc with windows 10 in domain

Hello everyone. due to smart-working we have activated an VPN to let colleagues access from home with RDP on their pc in the office.
now, who has windows 7 when he has to disconnect if he presses START only DISCONNECT appears. while those who have windows 10 all the options appear, with the risk that they press STOP, in this way they will no longer be able to reconnect because they have turned off the PC in the office
who can tell me how to make ONLY DISCONNECT appear on PCs in the office?
keep in mind that when they work in the office (every 2/3 alternate days) by accessing locally, they must be able to have all the options

    Hello @ser mar

    Create a domain policy with below configuration can make ONLY DISCONNECT appear.

    User Config > Admin Templates > Start Menu > Remove and prevent access to the Shut Down, Restart, Sleep and Hibernate Commands/ Enabled

    However, local user log on can only see disconnect button.

    this is not good. I have to have the same possibility that I had on windows 7.
    In local I see everything, in RDP i have to see only disconnect
