I have 2 sons. Each with their own xbox. Account A on xbox 1. This xbox has live and game pass. Account B on xbox 2 is set as home xbox. Both currently sharing with no problem. Preordered fc25 on xbox 1 and was available to do prep downloads for release. It wasn't available on xbox2. Is this because it hadn't been released? Or should I always purchase on home xbox?

I can't access any of the above. Just repeated error messages when creating a question in the community and when I try going through contact options, it keeps saying this question isn't eligible for live chat etc. Getting help feels impossible.
