I have previously used the Microsoft Partner Center - Store language CSV ingestion interface to define dozens of language strings in my app. In my Partner Center interface you can see "Product update: In draft" in the GIF below and right of the red rectangle ...

Used to be I'd click on that "Import listings" link, browse to my CSV defining the strings for the various languages in my app, and wait for the file to upload. It would take a few minutes.

Now the screen shows "Processing..." for hours; and it never uploads the language strings for my app. I have retried this several times. This is something I have done many times before and know how to do.

What is wrong with the Microsoft Store language CSV ingestion interface and when will it be fixed?

Based on the description, the feature works correctly before. Could you please clean the cache of the browser and try again? Also, could you please do this in a different device to see if that will work?

This problem persists on a new machine with a clean browser cache and no addons. An update of an app that has multiple languages and previously accepted strings through this interface now no longer uploads a small CSV with only 3 languages after an hour of trying. Usually this takes only a few minutes.

Furthermore, I compared the exported language-string-definition CSV for the previous version of this app to the CSV I am attempting to upload; no difference in format.

... so we KNOW we are being consistent in creating correct CSVs and not fat-fingering mistakes.

Our apps all have more than 40 languages so publishing apps with lots of languages is routine for us.

We need to know what is wrong with the Microsoft Store language CSV ingestion interface and when will it be fixed?

... Note that the Step 1 fields were filled in correctly for this case. Apparently the GUID encoded this information which **were not available as options if I just went in through the blank form!
