Microsoft 365 E5 developer subscription Error

Question

Hello, I hope that you are doing well. I recently started studying a Microsoft PowerApp course on Udacity, and I have to set a Microsoft 365 E5 developer subscription so I can start learning, but each time I try to set it up I get this error:

''This service is temporarily unavailable due to a high volume of requests. Please try again later.
We can't set up your subscription right now. The service might be unavailable. Please try your request again.

I waited 24 hours as I was told by the support and tried again but nothing. I have been trying to do this for 3 days and I keep getting the same error.
