frxsvc service transaction timeouts
We are seeing the following service timeout errors. When they start occurring it seems no users are able to login.
A timeout (120000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the frxsvc service.
The FSLogix event logs show these errors
WTSQueryUserToken (The system cannot find the file specified.)
OpenVirtualDisk (The chain of virtual hard disks is inaccessible. The process has not been granted access rights to the parent virtual hard disk for the differencing disk.)
It seems to have started after the November Microsoft updates. Anybody else having similar issues?

can you run below powershell command on issue session host server then look which update patches we installed recently ?
$QFE = Get-hotfix -computername $server | select-object -property Description,HotFixID,InstalledBy,InstalledOn | out-file c:\windows\temp\$server.txt
change $server to hostname
2.what's the deployment environment when we use fslogix ?in local rds environment or in azure wvd?
3.where do you store user profile? in azure storage or in azure file server ?
4.is this issue a random issue or persist issue ?
5.what's the fslogix version did you use ?

please check if there is potential issue in your environment about "Known issues in this update" in below link. meanwhile do you install KB4594441 on related servers?
