hello. i am a new system admin that has an existing MECM 2016 site (only part of my duties). i created an MSI based application. no problem with this. however i am trying to create an application for Office 2019 Pro Plus. i went through the steps from a few posts i could find. all seemed okay. i see the following screenshot in content status

from the MECM server i am able to access the content. is there anything i can do to troubleshoot? any other ideas?

thanks

    @Jeffrey Tucker
    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.
    According to your screenshot, the issue is related to the content distribution.
    First, like YoussefSaad said, make sure the Office 2019 setup is available on ****\Source\application\Office2019.
    Then, the computer account in Active Directory for your primary site server is the account which needs to have at least Read rights to the remote network share, and read NTFS rights to the files/folders on that share.

    And you modified the script box has nothing to do with content distribution, so the "last status time" will not change.

    Hi @Jeffrey Tucker ,

    Make sure that the Office 2019 setup is available on \****\Source\application\Office2019.

    After you update the source files or correct the path, you need to update content for the deployment type (redistribute the content to DP).

    Did you do that?

    thanks for the help. this was the website doc i visited to do the initial configuration. :D but i went through it again and onlymodifying the script box to include the quotes. ie "\server\share\setup.exe" /configure config.xml

    does it take some time before it gives me any output? i see the "last status time" has not changed.

    thanks again
