Unable to install enterprise iOS app built in Xamarin - integrity could not be verified

Hello. We just built our first iOS app using Xamarin and we are unable to install it using our MDM or directly from a site. (we can use both methods for other Apple enterprise apps, just not this one) The app gets to about 75% (the little radar icon) then stops and displays a dialog that reads: "Unable To Install [APP NAME]. This app cannot be installed because its integrity could not be verified."

We've looked all over StackOverflow and elsewhere and I see others with the same problem but no real solutions offered.

Thank you in advance for any direction and guidance to help us resolve this!
