Message: AADSTS50020: User account 'lepage.musik@Stuff .com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'ACFT' and cannot access the application '5e3ce6c0-2b1f-4285-8d4b-75ee78787346'(Microsoft Teams Web Client) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

    Hi @Mario Lepage ,

    It seems that the error message is a Azure AD login error.

    In this case, we recommend you try to follow these steps to see if it can be fixed.

    1.Remove the user from the group with this guide:

    2.Go to Azure portal https://portal.azure.com/ -> Azure Active Directory -> Manage -> Users

    3.Make sure the user account was deleted in the "Deleted Users":

    4.Restore the user account

    5.Go to Teams -> Group -> Add users to add the account again as a member.
