Well first of all I want to make it clear that I am using the translator so the grammar can't be very good.

I comment, I use a social network called Discord, I have found a server, in which they sell vps that most likely are free vps for free trials.

I entered the server and immediately created a ticket, they spoke to me and they told me that I should do a backup every 5 days, I asked them if they could provide me with a drive for the backups they told me no.

Okay accept, the first thing I did was check the ip and I realized that that ip was from a microsoft vps, the ip was the following: 52.229.89.140
I do not know if any Azure staff could verify the owner of said vps and check if they are really selling free trials

I have seen many servers in discord where they sell this type of free services

@zNotJhoan All Azure free trial services fall under the offer terms mentioned here. If the VPS servers are managed by a 3rd party using any cloud services you can reach out to the 3rd party for more details of the services they host. The above mentioned IP cannot be used to verify the nature of Azure subscription of the 3rd party. Microsoft however can contact users of free trials for details of the usage and verify if they are used legally.

Microsoft may from time to time contact you regarding your use of your Azure services and you will upon such request provide reasonable documentation regarding your use. If Microsoft believes for any reason that such Azure services are being used for any prohibited purpose, Microsoft may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Azure services.
