    Hi @MS ,

    Based on my research, office365 tenant to tenant migration is not a straight forward migration as multiple workloads are involved and it has to be carefully planned for each workload.

    As KyleXu-MSFT stated, new EAC provides cross-tenant mailbox feature - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/enterprise/cross-tenant-mailbox-migration?view=o365-worldwide

    To my knowledge, there is no one tool from Microsoft is available to perform this migration. You can check the third party tools listed and work with them to plan and migrate. Please also consider the Office365 pro-plus, end user communication, etc

    @MS

    As far as I know, there doesn't exist a way to migrate all data from one tenant to another:

    For Exchange online mailbox, the new version of Exchange admin center provide a Cross-tenant mailbox migration function:

    About other products, you may need to confirm from the related team. I helped you confirm with the Teams support team, they said that there doesn't exist a build-in migration solution for Teams so far. So, if you want to merge two tenants into one, you may need to migrate them product by product.
