    Hello,

    If you received a BSOD screen, there must be additional information written on error screen which tells why this screen appeared. Share us the screenshot of BSOD, so we can help you better in this case.

    Is there any error message in the blue screen? Can you share the screenshot?
    If you hard reboot, will the machine boot narmally?
