Hi there,

I'm having issues permforming this lab https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/upload-download-and-manage-data-with-azure-storage-explorer/3-exercise-connect-storage-account, due to the follwing errorUser's image

This doesn't make sense, as I can see the resource group in the sandbox susbscription.

Any way to correct that knowing I don't have the perms to add roles ?

    Hi David GORGETTE,
I understand you're experiencing difficulties completing the lab due to a permissions issue. It must be frustrating to see the resource group but not be able to interact with it.

We've reached out to our internal team regarding this issue. In the meantime, you can try the following steps to resolve any temporary glitches:

While I can't directly resolve permission issues within the sandbox environment, here are a few things you can try:

1.Sandbox Limits: Please double-check your usage quota for sandboxes. There's a daily limit of 20, so if you've reached that limit, you may need to wait a while or reactivate an existing sandbox.

2.Troubleshooting: Let's go through some basic troubleshooting steps that might help resolve the issue:

    • Sign Out and Clear Cache: Close all browser tabs, clear your cache, and then log back into Learn using your Learn ID credentials.
    • Incognito/Private Window: Try logging in through an incognito or in-private window.
    • Different Browser: Switch to a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.) and attempt to log in again.
    • New Account: As a last resort, consider creating a new personal email account and using that to access the Learn path and the sandbox in a completely different browser.

Let me know if any of these step's work for you, and I'll do my best to assist further.
