Through the website after entering all the information, at the end it gives me an error and says that I must call by phone, I call by phone and the AI ​​tells me that I must go to aka.ms/prosupport, I start filling out the information and it sends me to Azure support where again after filling out all the information it gives me an error and asks me to call by phone. And so it has been for an hour or more.

I received a message that I need to make a backup before my Azure AD subscription is cancelled on August 31st, at least to my knowledge I have not cancelled any subscription, and I need to contact Microsoft to revert that. Any help would be appreciated.
