As for ISVs, there isn't a direct way to achieve this via the Graph API at the moment.

We are waiting for several years on the possibility to change the information shown in the Teams toast popup when a Teams user receives an inbound call. Im aware you can do it via the SIP display info header but as we dont manage SBCs in combination of DirectRouting or OperatorConnect we cant use this.
Recently I came across Microsoft presentation about the new Teams Queues App which shows information "Call is intended for [Name of Queue]" besides the originating caller ID.
Is there a way for ISVs to do something similar preferable via Graph API or is this a feature that Microsoft keeps to themselves?
