Topology::

  • On-prem deployment - 2 servers with all RDS roles installed (GW, Web Access, Broker - HA deployment)
  • OS Windows Servers 2022 up to date
  • RD Web client up to date (2.1.0.0)

Other details:

  • The error occurs in any web browser
  • Sometimes it works (closing the web browser and re-opening it, clearing the cache, cookies, or inPrivate mode).
  • Logs don't say anything about this error, we even tried with the "capture support information" and it is empty.
  • The only think we saw is an exception in the DevTools

Error

If anyone has a clue or something to try, let me know. Thanks in advance for your support.

    Hello,

    I suspect there might be an issue with the backend. You could create a test collection or workspace to verify if there's an error. Alternatively, you can use RD Web instead of the web client (the URL can be found in your collection). Additionally, you can use 'mstsc' to log in and determine if there is a network issue.
