Unable to scale Azure container apps with azure-monitor type KEDA scaler

Question

I'd like to scale my ACA using Azure monitor metrics. Everything seems to be set correctly,but the app won't scale it is always 1. My setup is to be seen below, only message I get from KEDA is scaler external-push is built.","Reason":"KEDAScalersStarted","EventSource":"KEDA","Count":3166}

I'd like to have 0-5 replicas.
