Can't Find Live Event Recording After Event

Question

We can no longer find recordings of live events after the event.

Previously, after the event, we would go to the calendar in Teams, find the event, click on it, click on the expand arrow, and we would be able to access the live event resources.

Now we just get a message saying "can no longer edit." How do we now access event resources after the event?

In Teams, Teams Live Events no longer retiring September 30, 2024

If you cannot find download a recording or report in Calendar->Select Live Event->Event Resources section, please try the following alternatives:

1. Go to Teams Admin center: https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/
2. Click on analytics & reports
3. click on Usage reports
4. select "Teams live event usage" report
5. run the report, scroll down
6. find your event in the list of events below the graph
7. click on your event, this will show the details for your event
8. below the details will be the downloadable items
9. click on the "recording" to download it
