Training Speech to text model

Question

I am trying to train model in speech studio but it keeps giving me internal error. How can i get more details on that error so i know is happening i am using batch transcription as base model and i am using one dataset. and dataset i am using is correct as i took it from official documentation

@ihtisham ali Are you using "20240614 Batch Transcription" model in this case? If Yes, then i also received the same error while trying to create a custom model. This seems to be a issue with the base model as per product team, please try to use another version of batch transcription model and check if it is successful.

Also, the current design of custom model training does not provide additional logs to the customer, if an internal error occurs we would need to provide the details of the resource and run to the support team to check for more details. Thanks!!
