"User assigment to Application" Azure AD Pricing impact

For enterprise applications, we can turn on the "user assignment required" and assign user directly or to a group

When we assign to Group, we need a P1/P2 license.

Is it ok if we have 1 license in the tenant or should we have license for every user in the group?

    The link says Group based assignment requires license, but it doesnt say all users need licenses

    Can you please share any documentation to this effect? Basially which says all users should have licenees

    In regards to your question Yes you need to have licenses for every user in the group in order for the group-based licensing for enterprise Applications to work. look into this article for more information.
