Thank you for posting in this community.

Unfortunately, we can't add a thumbs up option on SharePoint Lists at this time.

But we can rate and like items in a SharePoint List.

You can try to see if these two options meet your needs. Here are the steps to set it up:

1. Go to List or Library settings.
2. Click on Rating Setting.
3. Enable Ratings by clicking Yes radio button and then choosing either Likes or Star Ratings.
