I have a Microsoft List that belongs to a Teams Group.

Members of the group can view images in an image column; however, employees inside my organization who are not members of the group BUT have access to the List via sharing can no longer view the images.

Please see attached pictures showing what they see.

Only people who have access to the list via sharing can not view the images in the image column. Group members can all view the images in the image column.

    Hi @IniobongNkanga-8038,

Thank you for posting in this community.

According to the description of your problem, I tested it in my environment, and the users who shared it can see the image normally.

So, we need to take some steps to troubleshoot the cause of the problem:

    First:

Based on your image, do people you've shared with see information about other columns of the list but can't show the picture only?

If so, then your user has access to the list, and the problem may be that the image or network issues prevent the image from loading. Try changing the picture or asking your user to check his network and keep it clear and the firewall doesn't block the list from accessing it.

    Second:

Ask your users to clear their browser cache or use a different browser to view the image to see if the problem persists.

    Third:

If the problem persists, try creating a new list and see if the problem persists. Sometimes it's very likely that something goes wrong with the list.

    Forth:

If the issue persists, check the list of other teams to see if the same issue exists? You can create new teams to test.

    Finally:

Let's make sure that the user's permissions on your list are correct, and that they need to have view-level permissions. Please ask the owner of your team to do the following.

Navigate to your team's SharePoint Site(https://yourTenantName.sharepoint.com/sites/TeamName) > open your list> open List Settings> permissions for the list> enter your user's permissions to see what they have for that list.

    Hope this helps.
