Using Excel Mondo 2016, the steps are to insert an image by going to Insert > Pictures > Place in Cell. After encountering the issue, an attempt was made to save the file as a 97-2003 Workbook, which results in a compatibility checker prompt for the image. Attempts to save in other formats have also been unsuccessful.

    Hi,

Did the other user get any error message about the miss image?

What kind of file format did you insert?

What version of Office are other users using?

Since you are using Excel Mondo 2016, which is a pre-release version of Office, have you tried to insert pictures using another user's Office and tested if you can open it properly.

Suggest it and let us know the results, I'll be happy to help you.
