While IrfanView didn't work for you may try VueScan, XnView etc.

I have a Kodak BD-R [25gb, 136min, 1-6*] discs and an old Kodak Photo CDs that was around the 2000's and the 90's which I cannot play on a Dell DVD player. Dell's DVD player was not reading it at all. I do have IrfanView that can read Kodak CDs but it didn't do anything much. I did the same method on another laptop which it has Windows 10 with a integrated CD drive but it didn't do anything. Tried to find the Kodak Easyshare but it was no longer supported. Someone did answered using Compatibility mode on Windows 10 but it wasn't doing well, so I had to uninstall it.
Is there any other way to extract them all into my PC? Or is there a store that can do this stuff within the states? Which I'm willing to pay to save my family photos...

Hello Jason Lyoo,
Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.
To read a BD-R disc on Windows 10 or Windows 11, please try the action below and check if it helps.
1.Ensure that your computer has a Blu-ray drive that supports BD-R discs. If it doesn't, you may need to purchase an external Blu-ray drive.
2.Windows 10 and Windows 11 do not natively support Blu-ray playback. You will need third-party software to read and play BD-R discs.
If the compatibility mode is not working, or you can try installing a virtual machine with an old operating system to run those old programs.
I hope the information above is helpful.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.
Best Regards,
Daisy Zhou
