Unable to get rid of "This copy of MSOffice is not activated" even after doing OSPPREARM with SKU ID

Question

I have Windows 10 Pro. The MSOffice that came in the box is supposed to work for life. However, I am unable to use MSWord, Excel , Powerpoint due to an error message ""This copy of MSOffice is not activated"". On an earlier occassion, OSPPREARM as Administrator worked just fine.

Now, even doing OSPPREARM with the SKU ID fails. The error texts are given below.

Please advise, how to get back MSOffice to working condition.

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

I suggest you open cmd as an administrator and run the following command to uninstall the authorization and try to log in to Office again to see if the problem can be solved.

cscript ospp.vbs /unpkey:9D9HK
