We are a small business with a handful of individual email addresses and one general email address that many people access during their shifts to answer emails. Over the weekend, we lost access to that email as one employee linked it to her phone number and then deleted this email from her authenticaotr when she realized it caused a problem. Now, she can't approve access throuhg her authenticator and no one else can access those emails without the authenticator process on her phone. We are about to have our BUSIEST week starting on Tuesday. Can someone help us untangle this? We use microsoft 365 but are hosted by godaddy, so our "administrator" is sort of godaddy. We don't have in house IT and I don't know if that would help in this situation even

if the account she added to authenticator is owned by godaddy, you will need to request godaddy support help reset 2fa for that account.
