    Hi, @luffixz

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

The error message you are seeing in Event Viewer indicates that the user account running the COM Server application does not have Local Launch permission. You can modify the security permission using the Component Services administrative tool. Here are the steps to modify the security permission:

    1. Press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
    2. Type "dcomcnfg" and press Enter to open the Component Services administrative tool.
    3. In the left pane, expand Component Services > Computers > My Computer > DCOM Config.
    4. In the right pane, locate the application with the CLSID mentioned in the error message (Windows.SecurityCenter.WscCloudBackupProvider).
    5. Right-click the application and select Properties.
    6. In the Properties dialog box, select the Security tab.
    7. Under "Launch and Activation Permissions", click Edit.
    8. Add the user account mentioned in the error message (DESKTOP-UVP06IV\luffi) and grant it Local Launch permission.
    9. Click OK to save the changes and close the Properties dialog box.

After modifying the security permission, restart your computer and check if the issue is resolved.
