Good morning,
I recently received this email
"Complete your MAC profile setup by February 22, 2025
We wanted to let you know that since your previous invitation has expired, your Microsoft Volume Licensing administrator has extended the profile setup completion date to February 22, 2025."
But I have access to the binaries
Can you explain this situation?

The Exchange trace logs show it went out to most if not all of the support operators I have assigned in the Services Hub.
I've gotten 4 of them in the past 5 minutes. Also, I can see some of the other operators received multiple copies.
I have no idea what it's about, though. Maybe a bug?

One of our users got this as well - freaked him out a bit. Not sure if I should have him proceed or ignore. Can you help explain the purpose of this notification and expected resolution by the recipient? Can I complete this on behalf of the user somewhere in the admin portal?

We also got the notification, but we don't know what it's about. Can anybody clarify?
I think this has to do with the migration of contract maintenance from VLSC (Volume Licensing Service Center) to MAC (Microsoft Admin Center).
I opened a ticket and they responded saying my migration is complete.
So, I went to the MAC Volume Licensing area (admin.microsoft.com > Billing > Your Products > Volume Licensing) and assigned administrators and other users to our contracts.
