DNS resolution issue

Hello Azure Support Team,

I am experiencing a DNS resolution issue in my Azure environment. The DNS server (168.63.129.16), currently configured on my resources, is unable to resolve the address api-rest.zenvia.com. This issue is causing significant disruptions to my APIs hosted on Azure services.

As a temporary workaround, I have configured a secondary DNS server on the affected resources to mitigate the impact. However, I need a permanent solution to this problem.

Could you please investigate why the Azure-provided DNS server (168.63.129.16) is failing to resolve the api-rest.zenvia.com address? Additionally, I would like to know if there is an ongoing fix for this issue or if there are recommended steps I should take to address it.

I understand that Azure's default DNS is unable to resolve the domain "api-rest.zenvia.com"

I tried to do a Lab and I was able to repo this issue

• Additionally, I can see "www.zenvia.com" and "zenvia.com" are working as expected.
