I'm unable to login to my Microsoft account after clearing browser cache

I have a trial license for Dynamics 365. I have been using this with no issues for the last two days. Today I cleared my browser cache and am unable to gain access to my account.

Using the exact same email for the account I obtained the license with, I receive the following error:

"You can't sign in here with a personal account. Use your work or school account instead."

Ridiculous.
