The retirement of the Log Analytics agent shouldn’t have any impact here. The Log Analytics agent is primarily used for monitoring server performance and is just getting replaced with an alternative tool. The Log Analytics workspace will remain in place as a repository for log data from many sources.
To answer your question: "Will that affect this query?"
You can continue to use Log Analytics to run your queries and get the information you need. If you prefer, you can also explore using Azure Resource Graph to obtain similar information.
