it's your "normal" Azure Subscription? Or a sandbox/learning/whatever Azure Subscription?
Please give it a try in an in-private window of your browser.
Also sometimes clearing the browser cache helps.
Last but not least: Some tracking blocker of anti-virus software or browser can cause this issue/error message
