how to cancel a wrong training completion redeem code applied ?

I did a Copilot training, it was my first time doing Microsoft trainings in the portal, at the end of the training it was stated that redeem training code would be available in the Q&A box, but it was shared other redeem codes for training that I haven't done, it was my first time in that process, and just noticed that later when I already did the redeem for all redeem codes provided, now it's stated in my profile those training that I haven't done, I appreciate to know how to CANCEL and REMOVE those trainings from my profile.
