To delete user-created templates in Outlook 365, follow these steps:
- In the admin center, select Users > Active users.
- Select Templates, and then select Manage templates from the drop-down list.
- A list of templates will appear. You can delete a template by doing any of the following:
- Select one or more templates, and then select Delete.
- Select the three dots to the right of the template name, and then select Delete.
- Select the template name. When the template details appear on the right side of your screen, select Delete template.
If you have already attempted to delete the templates and it hasn't worked, you may want to try again after exiting all clients (such as Outlook and Outlook on the web) on which the mailbox is set up, starting Outlook, and then trying to remove the templates again.
