High ping spikes in 1 network device

My desktop started having high ping spikes all of a sudden. All the other devices connected to the network seem to behave normally. This happened randomly and no changes had taken place prior. Furthermore, I am using a TP-Link Wireless USB Network Adapter, model: TL WN722N.

    Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

    High latency can be caused by several factors and even random issue.

    1.Please kindly check performance monitor and see if there was any high CPU usage/Disk usage from performance level.

    2.Check event log to see if there's any warning or error when the high latency issue arises.

    3.Configure and keep a network monitor/performance monitoring for some time. If issue reproduces please check the monitor log and narrow down the issue.
