Do the Terms allow a family to use one account while living in the same household?

I live with relatives, my father buys the account subscription and uses it on the family computers. Is it against any of the terms to use that subscription/account while I’m still within the house, with his devices? The family thing is extra money, and it seems strange not to be able to share a product with family when it’s not in the context of, here’s my password, use it in another state on your own thing. The terms confuse me, so help here referencing them would be cool.

i think it’s windows 10, may be eleven, is a computer. But the same question for any device really.

    Hello,

For Microsoft 365 Family, you can share the subscription benefits with up to five other people. Each person can install Microsoft 365 on their own devices and access their own 1 TB of OneDrive storage. This means your father can share the subscription with you and other family members, and each person can use it on their own devices within the same household.

However, if it’s a Microsoft 365 Personal subscription, it is intended for use by one person only and cannot be shared with others. With a Microsoft 365 Personal subscription, you can use your Microsoft 365 Personal subscription on 5 devices, but you can't share your Microsoft 365 Personal subscription with 5 other people.
