Prior to receiving this error, I was successfully using the Sandbox Cloud Shell when doing the initial Azure Portal courses. At that time, I could see that I was using the Sandbox Directory in my login profile picture on the top right of my screen.

However, this morning I rebooted my laptop and then tried to continue with course AZ-204 and found that I was not able to activate the Sandbox for Unit 7 of AZ-204. After each Sandbox activation attempt, I would receive the error "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later.".

In my Directorys list, there is no Sandbox option to choose, as shown in the following picture.

I have tried clearing all my browser cache files and cookies, but it made no difference.

Are you able to reinstate my Sandbox directory again or instruct me how to obtain access to my Sandbox directory.

Kind regards

John
