    Step 1: Sign out of all active sessions in your current browser and clear the cache. Then, attempt to log in again using your Learn ID credentials.

    Step 2: Sign out of your current browser session and try logging in using an incognito or private browsing window.

    Step 3: Use an alternative browser and attempt to log in again.

    Step 4: Try logging in with a new personal Outlook account within the learning path, using a completely different browser.
