How do you add Hyperlink and Upload File Options Forms-Field in SharePoint Forms?

Hi,

I have created a form on a SharePoint site and do not have the option to include a button to upload files and also cannot get any hyperlinks to work..

Could you please provide instructions on how I can create Forms fields in SharePoint that allow hyperlinks to work and button for upload files?

In SharePoint I get the following options, hyperlink is there but does not work and no way to have a form upload files:

However, In MS Forms on my personal account the options are available:

For upload files option:

First of all, forms in SharePoint list are two separate products from MS Forms.

The purpose of a form in a SharePoint list is to quickly collect information and fill it out into a SharePoint list, so the field that can be added to the form must be consistent with the type of column in SharePoint list, and there is no column type in the SharePoint list about file uploads (there is only a default attachment column, but we can't modify it). So, the form in the SharePoint list doesn't have the option to upload a file.

For hyperlink field:

I tested the hyperlink and found that I was able to successfully add the hyperlink field to the form and the link opened fine.

Don't know what the problem you're having about hyperlink field?
