How to fix "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later." when launching a sandbox during my azure course

My sandbox won't start up. I get the following error message:
"An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later."

I have tried signing out and back in, different wifi connections, different browsers + incognito and private mode. Is there a fix for this issue?

    We have received confirmation from the backend team that the issue has been resolved.

    Please try the unit again, as it should be functioning correctly now.
    We have also tested it on our side, and it is now working properly. A screenshot is attached for reference.
